Good hotel that matches its type and price and above all great staff. It is clear that the hotel is older and could use more renovation. Amenities adequate, just would like more storage space (normal closet). The neighborhood is worse, but the hotel can't do anything about it. Definitely not a homeless and junkie dive here.

This place just simply isn't clean. It smells like a musty old basement of mold and mildew. The awfulness continued with the filthy vents and filter. These clearly haven't been cleaned in ages. If you could imagine anything more dirty, the carpet. Had a fresh pair of white socks that turned black in just one night of walking around. The only reason for a 2 star was the front desk let us cancel our stay without penalty. We did ask for a manager to call us and left her a voicemail, she never returned our call. If you like clean hotels and fresh air, avoid this place. EDIT -- 2/22 --- Took off a star as we have been charged twice and have been promised a phone call 2 twice by a manager and no one has responded. Will update again if/when the extra charges come off.

Nasty. Mold/mildewy smell overwhelming. Not clean, carpet was nasty. Vents had looked like they've never been clean. We were supposed to stay for 16 nights. Checked out after 4 nights, found a new hotel. Had to wash all our clothes because the mold/mildew seeped into clothes. I was even feeling light headed and getting headaches. This place cannot be up to health code. Do not stay.

This place is a complete dump! Upon entering the room I was hit with an instant mildew/ moldy smell. The carpet was filthy and the pictures listed on the website are inaccurate. The website say recently updated But this is false. Do Not stay here! The staff offered me another room but the next room was in the same condition.. I cancelled my booking and found a better hotel. I gave 1 star because the staff was helpful

We stayed in a two-level suite which was not nearly worth the price. The Fire Marshall condemned the use of the fireplace, the smoke alarm was taped and broken, there was plastic on the floor covering wires, tears in the carpet, the tubs …

It's an ok place to stay and definitely not up to "Marriott" standards if you've stayed at one of their other hotel. Room was clean but had such a moldy smell. Ground floor windows are completely see through so blinds have to closed at all time if you want any privacy. We stayed in a suite with two queen beds and a soda bed. Definitely family friendly but the bathroom layout was not. I am attaching a picture from their website. The shower and toilet has a door but the sink area does not. So. After showering, you have this tiny area to keep your clothes and get dressed. Now to brush teeth/wash face at the sink, completely open and in view of everyone. Would have been perfect if that area has its own door. The Residence Inn sign is not lit and hidden by trees so very easy to miss it. Overall a decent stay but will not stay here again.

I wish I could give this dump zero stars! Thee absolute worst management team EVER! The beds had hair, refrigerator was filthy, and the toilet seat had urine stains. NO ONE from management still to this day called and apologized. The hotel knew they were wrong but sent a weak email. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. The hotel refused to give back the money but my bank did right by me. Do NOT stay at this filthy, old, nasty, rundown MOTEL! I've seen better rooms and cleanliness at motels. Avoid this God forsaken DUMP at all costs.
